Lemon Pepper Baked Salmon
This salmon fillet recipe is a healthy, tasty impressive main dish that's also SO easy to make!
1 Salmon fillet (about 2 lb.)
4 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Garlic cloves - minced
1/3 tablespoon sea salt
Freshly squeezed juice from 1/2 a lemon
Freshly ground black pepper
5-6 Lemon slices
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place a sheet of parchment baking paper on a baking pan. Brush 2 tablespoons of olive oil onto the baking paper and place the empty pan in the hot oven for 10 minutes.
While the pan heats, let's prepare the fish:
Place the fillet on a large plate, and brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add salt, black pepper and minced garlic and rub onto the fillet.
Add another tablespoon of olive oil and the lemon juice and lightly massage the fillet.
Add the lemon slices on top.
Take out the hot pan from the oven and put the salmon fillet in the pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
