Aglio Olio Cauliflower

Aglio Olio Cauliflower makes for a wonderful snack or light meal.  

It's super-easy to make, and in fact the hardest part (for me, at least...) is washing the cauliflower well. 

What to Take

2 cups of cauliflower broken into medium "flowers"

2 tablespoons olive oil

2-3 garlic cloves (thick slices)

1/2 hot green pepper (sliced) - optional, if you like it spicy

1/2 teaspoon chili powder or paprika

How to Make

Saute the cauliflower with olive oil and garlic in a well-heated pan. Optional - add slices of hot green pepper. After about 5 minutes the cauliflower should be crunchy, but not too soft. Place on a serving plate and sprinkle with chili powder or paprika.
