What to take:
5 slices of Mozzarella
5 slices of tomatoes
5 basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt & crushed pepper
Balsamic vinegar (optional)
How to make:
Place the slices of Mozzarella and tomatoes in a circle on a plate.
Place the basil leaves on top or in between the slices (you can tear them if you prefer, go free-style here).
Season with olive oil, Balsamic vingear, salt and pepper.
Resist the temptation to add anything else. It is perfect just as it is.
