A delicious twist on plain olives - add some fresh herbs and spices and you'll get addicted.
What to take
- A can of green or black olives, strained
- Juice from ½ a lemon
- ½ a lemon - cubed (just cut it into small pieces)
- ½ a cup of chopped parsley
- ½ chili pepper - chopped
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Sea salt
How to make
Just mix it all together and keep refrigerated.
