What to take
- 3 medium potatoes - cooked and cubed
- 1 chopped onion, not too fine
- ½ a cup of chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- ½ a teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Optional if you like it hot - sliced chili pepper
- Sea salt
How to make
Mix it all together. The salad tastes best when the potatoes are still warm.
