Hands down, this is the best spicy tomato salad ever!
What to take
- 4 tomatoes - not too firm - cut into large cubes
- 1 onion - chopped, not too fine
- 1 chili pepper - sliced (I like the green ones for this salad)
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- Juice from ½ a lemon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Sea salt
How to make
Mix it all together - prepare it ½ an hour before you serve the salad and let it “sit” for 30 minutes, so all flavors come together into an amazing tomato salad!
If you prefer a less spicy version, replace the chili pepper with ⅓ a teaspoon of ground black pepper.
